30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We believe this gives you plenty of time to try your new organizational or travel essentials and ensure they meet your needs.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unworn or unused with original tags attached
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Contact us at support@thelastdetailz.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions and the return address.
Please note: Items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Defective or damaged items: We'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
- Change of mind returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Return shipping costs for change of mind returns will be deducted from your refund amount
Damages & Issues
We carefully inspect all items before shipping, but sometimes issues occur during transit. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us right away at support@thelastdetailz.com if you receive:
- A defective item
- A damaged product
- The wrong item
We'll work quickly to resolve the issue and provide a prepaid return label to get this fixed at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Personal care items (beauty products, toiletries)
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Items damaged by misuse

- Approved refunds are automatically processed to your original payment method
- For change of mind returns: Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
